It’s a good spot with friendly staff, small but pleasant, and the wooden furniture adds charm. The Wi‑Fi, however, isn’t great for all‑day work.

Gajanan Patrao is kind, friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate requests, and the little issues I had seemed negligible compared to the assistance from Mr & Mrs Gajanan; I’d love to return. The property sits amid dense foliage, has three friendly puppies, and I woke up most days to birds and peacocks. Parking is available and the location feels safe and secure. It is a budget accommodation with great potential. The room had mold and stale furniture that was overwhelming until you got used to it, and there were no towels, daily cleaning, or kitchen utensils, so the kitchen wasn’t really a bonus (though I was told things were available on request, which I didn’t pursue). A makeover could bring in more money given the great location, spacious rooms with air‑conditioning, a small kitchen, and a very respectful owner. I’m unsure if the conditions fell short of expectations because it was off‑season after the monsoons.
