The place was spotless and the staff were very pleasant, making me feel welcomed at every turn; the pool area and gardens were well maintained and offered a choice of three pools. The only downsides were the lack of power sockets and that all the pools were around 1.4m to 1.6m deep with no shallow areas, which might not suit non‑swimmers or kids.

The pools and gardens were immaculate and beautiful, and the staff were lovely—especially Ibrahim, who made the hotel feel special even on his day off. We first stayed here 10 years ago; the rooms are very dated and need improvement, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable—adding a mattress topper would help. Breakfast was okay; the fried egg/omelette/pancake station was great, and the lady running it was very friendly.
