I had a great stay, the location is fantastic right in the historic district and the interior is clean and newly decorated. The room service is impeccable and proactive, even though there’s no physical front desk, the messaging system is quick and efficient. It’s quiet and just a few steps away from restaurants.

The hotel sits in the heart of the historic quarter, surrounded by many beautiful sites within walking distance. The city buzzes with people having fun and horns honking through the crowds, yet the hotel remains calm and completely quiet. The building itself is very old, but my room was modest, well equipped, and kept the house’s character. Initially, I struggled to find it—my fault for walking from the station at night instead of taking a taxi as advised—but the staff were very helpful, guiding me by phone and sending further written instructions.

The property is new, modern, and comfortable. After negotiating the initial entry, the surrounding building is very run down and poorly maintained, but once inside it’s a complete shift to a modern apartment.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautifully restored with all the luxury amenities, located in the historic center of Naples. There was also an option to have an espresso in the room. The apartment was easy to reach by public transport, 15 minutes walking from Piazza Garibaldi.
