Food prices are steep, but otherwise everything else was fine.

Mr. Munindra and Aman Saiki looked after us, and the food and hospitality were very good.

The location met my main reason for choosing the hotel, though I think the prices could be lowered.

I’ve been here twice because of Mr. Kalita, the manager, who is courteous and very helpful, but the rest of the staff are messy. The facility is 3 km from the airport. I faced heavy mosquito problems, a misleading janitor, and the restaurant staff were major issues; Mr. Kalita should warn them not to issue misleading restaurant bills. For example, the restaurant boy added a water‑bottle charge to my bill even though I didn’t use one, and I only noticed it by accident when I looked at the bill menu, which surprised me.
