It is above a bar, not suitable for a family stay.
A bar and a liquor shop were on the ground and 1st floors, and families cannot stay in the same building; at night the drunkards occupied the rooms.

“Reasonably good but can be better”
The location fit my specific purpose, but the bar on the 2nd floor and the liquor store on the ground floor made it unsuitable for families. The shower was not working at the start of my stay, so I had to call the facility plumber to fix it. There was no remote for the TV.
