We’ve stayed here many times and love the hotel. The bathroom looked clean and the bed had fresh linens. The carpet was not in good shape, there were smelly leftovers in the refrigerator and crumbs in the microwave and on the shelf outside. We told the staff and they apologized, but no room change or anything was offered.

We liked the location. The breakfast was the same every day and sometimes cold; we had to ask for shampoo on the first day and for replacement towels on the second. One desk staff member couldn’t answer a simple billing question and actually gave the wrong information.

The location and spacious room were great. Thin walls consistently let in noise, cleaning needed improvement, and there were ants in the room.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff is friendly and breakfast was good. My room faced another hotel, but I was only there one night so it was fine. I could have requested a room with a view but didn’t; if you want the view, be sure to ask so you’re not looking at a building.
