“Very disappointing.”

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very rude to us upon check in. Made faces and scoffed at us and would not give my friend his ID back after realizing she didn’t need it. The breakfast is only open 6am-9am. Pool has limited hours. There were cockroaches outside the rooms and I saw a couple crawl under the door to the laundry room. During our stay there were homeless people outside and while we were leaving there were 3 police cars that pulled into the parking lot seemingly to investigate something going on at this motel. Also the listing online states it is a hotel but it is definitely a motel. The whole online profile is misleading. Didn’t enjoy almost anything about this stay

The beds were horrible, and the breakfast consisted solely of toast.

The bathroom was dirty, and the mattress leaned against a window outside.

The bed and sheets were comfortable, but the air conditioning failed when the temperature exceeded 100 degrees, causing electrical problems; the cost for one night was too high for those issues.

“Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff.”

The location was not too far from the freeway and close to a gas station, a grocery store, and eateries, though the property was under remodel. Our room was nice, but computer glitches or outages disrupted check‑in, especially after a long drive, and the pool was closed for use.
