The welcome and room were very pleasant, the private parking was much appreciated, and the location is close to the sea and the town centre; I would prefer a buffet for breakfast rather than table service, but otherwise everything was perfect.

A nice small hotel with a great view of the bay, quiet, a bit out of the centre of Royan but a convenient bus stop is nearby; rooms are small but comfortable, parking is secure, the staff are extremely helpful, breakfast is okay but not extensive, and overall it offers good value for money.

The ground‑floor room was fine, the staff were very responsive, and breakfast on the terrace was good; the walk from the room to the bathroom had no handhold.
