We scored it a perfect 10/10 because we snagged a great deal and got to stay in this stunning place all by ourselves. The staff were very friendly, and we especially enjoyed the Yoga room and the class led by the instructor.

While the restaurant staff were very friendly and professional, and the ayurvedic treatment, room view with balcony, and bathroom view were all highlights, my stay was unfortunately marred by some significant issues. The hotel's management seemed to be lacking, with poor cleanliness, minimal maintenance, and some unpleasant surprises in the room.

The view and location are beautiful, the garden is dreamy, the food is delicious, and the chef is incredibly friendly and spoils us; we loved his curry! All staff were super friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. We took a hike from there to the Bellwood viewpoint. Our son enjoyed the pool and was treated kindly by everyone. We used the beautiful seminar room for our meditation and yoga practice, with a fantastic view—one of the most beautiful places for us. No complaints.
I had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional hotel in Sri Lanka, which has left a lasting impression on me. The hotel's beautiful architecture and stunning grounds created a sense of tranquility and peace, making it one of my favorite places to stay in the country.
