The bed was comfy, the shower ran well, and the amenities were solid. I appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and DirectTV. The owners and staff were great, and the location was unbeatable, just a walk from convenience stores and restaurants.

The room was spacious, with a large freezer and refrigerator; the bed was fine and the staff were very pleasant. However, I could hear people and the TV through the walls, and DirectTV was difficult to set up. The shower had very low water pressure, the heating unit was quite loud, and a night light would have been useful.

There was no breakfast offered, but the price was very reasonable. The room was still being remodeled, which left some good possibilities. The beds were acceptable, and the mini fridge’s freezer was very handy. Unfortunately, work on the sewer lines caused a terrible bathroom odor (an issue with a vent pipe, we were told). The staff were very helpful, arriving promptly to put bleach down the drains, which helped for a short time. We kept the bathroom door closed to keep the smell from spreading into our room. It’s a shame they couldn’t fix the problem before we rented the room.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The ice machine needs fixing.
