“Prima plek, maar mogelijkheden tot verbetering”

A tasty modern room, pleasant atmosphere! There was basically no staff, which made the experience very impersonal. It was also far from the centre.

Every time I’m in Kutaisi I go back to Rotel. The hotel is incredibly neat, clean, modern, and always well maintained. The location is superb and makes everything very convenient. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere and the staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, respectful, and attentive, always ensuring you feel as comfortable as possible. There’s a very homey and peaceful vibe when staying here :) I especially love how consistently clean and tidy everything is. Each visit, I know exactly what to expect!

“Great hotel, but noisy at night”

The hotel’s design is really cool and matches the photos perfectly. We loved the hammock in the room, the comfy bed, and the hot shower with good pressure. The lobby’s wine bar was a neat touch, and overall the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, after 8 pm there were no staff on site, so we were woken up after midnight by drunk people shouting in the hallway and partying in the lobby on both nights. I understand this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but an unstaffed lobby seems to encourage that kind of behavior, so I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve also seen other reviews mentioning the same issue.

“A stylish, cozy stay with a great atmosphere 🪭🏮”

We stayed in a Standard King Room and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself has such a beautiful atmosphere. The design is so tasteful and cozy, with lots of thoughtful details. The bed was really comfortable, and the hammock was such a great touch for relaxing. We also used the table by the window for working, and it was surprisingly comfy and practical. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked our next stay and are coming back very soon! ❤️‍🔥
