The manager, Rakusman, speaks Japanese fluently and was kind and warm; he answered any questions I had, and when he wasn’t there, a beautiful Japanese woman named Yasuda arranged sightseeing trips (including a car to Nagarkot). They assigned me a room with a balcony, which turned out to be surprisingly nice for relaxing at night and staying dry even when it rained.

The place is great, the host is wonderful and always does his best to help guests, the environment is very peaceful, and it’s close to Big Mart supermarket with easy access to Nova Café, Kanchhi Thakali Kitchen, and the nearby tourist bus park.

The hotel provides a calm and comfortable atmosphere while being conveniently close to Thamel and other major attractions; the rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing.

I’ve stayed at Madhuban Hotel twice this year, and all the staff are lovely; the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the hot shower is excellent, the food is very good, and there’s parking for my motorcycle. The area is relatively quiet, and I’ll be back in January 2027. Thank you.
