Everyone in the hotel was super nice and helpful, and everything worked. However, the hotel really needs a deep cleaning; I’m not sure I understand this style.

The stay was wonderful and the place beautiful. Being able to use an open‑air hot‑water bath with a massage gave unforgettable memories and made the Chiang Mai stay even more enjoyable. Only the hot‑water bath should have been cleaned more thoroughly before we arrived.
