I think it deserves a perfect 5/5. The place is tidy, quiet, and offers good value for money. The owner is friendly. It takes 15 minutes on foot to reach the city center of Wałcz. I recommend it.
Two hours after I booked, I received a message saying there were no rooms available and to cancel the reservation, with no greeting, apology, or any politeness in either the first or follow‑up messages—utterly disgraceful. I will never book here again; the service was as low as a parquet floor.
