住客对酒店各方面的评价。
Svidjelo nam se sve. Osoblje jako ljubazno pristupačno, uslužno, nasmijano i uvijek spremno pomoći. Hotel jako lijep i čist. Odsjeli smo u apartmanu i svakako bih preporučila za obitelj s djecom. Hrana izvrsna a osoblje u restoranu presuper, sve su prilagodili kako smo htjeli. Gospođe na recepciji i u Spa centru također sve pohvale. Nema zamjerke, sve nam se svidjelo

Super Lage im Naturschutzpark auf dem Berg. Für Motorradfahrer ideal für Zwischenübernachtungen. Spa Anlage mit top Qualität. Nichts

Sve pohvale, smještaj, hrana i usluga top! Prvi put smo posjetili i hotel i mjesto, malo je reći da smo apsolutno oduševljeni! Toplina osoblja te sve što se nudi, od sadržaja do obroka, sve preporuke!

The hotel looked stylish in the photos, but the room was very small and too warm; it was only bearable at night with the window open. The noise from the power units kept us from sleeping, and the breakfast on the first day was terrible, only a little better on the second day, but nowhere near 4‑star quality. If you don’t have to stay in the park, there are better options in Bosnia for the same price.

This was our third visit because we love nature, the spa centre, and the food is very delicious; the staff were pleasant and helpful and our accommodation was quite comfortable. Adding a water boiler for coffee in the room was a plus, but some aspects still need refinement to justify a 4‑star rating. Children under 16 were allowed in the spa centre, which violated the rules. We had a large balcony that was spacious but poorly furnished, with only a table and a few chairs for the wide area. On one occasion we waited much longer than expected for dinner and the waiter was visibly nervous because the restaurant was hosting a birthday party. Prices were higher than last year, yet the service remained unchanged, and there weren’t enough pool chairs for all guests.
