The room was spacious and clean with daily housekeeping. The staff was very attentive and listened to all our requests. They helped us with the police when we had a problem; thanks again to them. The pool was closed for a week during our stay.

I was disappointed because the hotel had a pool, but we were not warned beforehand that it was unavailable. I understand that paying for a stay includes all services, so if one is missing you should be informed early and factored into the price.

The entire experience was excellent, from the room to breakfast. The staff were lovely, highly recommend.

It was convenient for our needs as a stopover between transfers, clean and had everything we required. The building felt a bit dated and the security guard was more helpful than the front desk staff.
