The beds were awful, the hotel was dirty, and there was no bottled water.

I must admit that my stay at this hotel was a bit of a rollercoaster. On the one hand, the bathroom and bed air conditioning weren't functioning properly, which was quite frustrating. On the other hand, the room itself was decent, and I appreciated the effort put in by the staff to make my stay comfortable.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleased to find that the room was good, with all the necessary amenities in place. While there were no major issues to report, I did feel that the hotel could have done more to make my stay truly exceptional.
