“Probably wouldn’t stay there again 6/7 out of 10”

The area was lovely, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but finding the place was a nightmare. We spent hours wandering up and down the shopping pathway with our suitcases, with people even laughing at us as we went back and forth. The receptionist's English was limited, making it hard to communicate, but thankfully another concierge stepped in to help. We eventually found our unit, but it felt like we were staying in someone's home rather than a hotel.

“We left a day early and feel host should comp a night due to problems”

The hotel's website promised an ocean view, but what we got was a distant glimpse of the sea. To make matters worse, there were no towels or bed sheets in our room, and the manager had changed our booking to a different building without telling us, causing a long delay. It was a frustrating start to our stay.

“Okay, aber nicht den Preis wert”

Our stay in room 16N on the 16th floor was a mixed bag. On the plus side, it was a great opportunity to explore Mactan Newtown, and the room had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the smart TV and internet were great. However, the double bed was tiny, the mattress was too soft, and the TV was positioned in a weird spot, making it hard to watch.
