The staff and service were excellent, super warm and welcoming. They allowed us to leave our bags on the last day and were very helpful and responsive when I needed to change my dates. The Wi‑Fi worked perfectly, even for work calls, and the location was amazing—super close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, yet in a safer, more local environment. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends. The price we paid for the few nights was far better than other places in the area, yet the quality was the same. Fresh towels and daily cleaning service.

The place is great, right across the sea, and the 20‑minute walk to Castiglioncello’s center is lovely—first the seafront then the park. The reception was very friendly, and the room was basic enough. It was a bit noisy because the road runs right in front of the hotel.
