The location was very close to the OCC central and Tres Gotitas, and there was nothing to complain about—everything was excellent.

The staff were attentive and the room was clean, and the restaurant was good, but the hotel was still under renovation and tools were everywhere.

The location was good, but the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained.

The staff were friendly, but the room price listed on the app was much higher than at the hotel, and the comfort level left a lot to be desired.
