The staff is friendly and the food is good; not everyone gets a farewell gift 🙈 The car was parked in the shelter and was constantly sprayed with irrigation, so it ended up full of lime deposits 🙈🙈 I had to clean it by hand 🙈🙈.

The staff is welcoming, everyone is available, the rooms are clean and soundproofed; the spa needs improvement, there are few hot tubs, some showers don't work, and small towels for the Turkish bath were missing, which other spas usually provide.

Everything at "Hanswirt" is perfect. From check‑in to check‑out every staff member always greets you with a smile and endless courtesy. The breakfasts are flawless and the dinners even more so, seasoned with elegance, variety and originality. We had a serious family problem and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us with great generosity and understanding. The indoor and outdoor pool is a real gem, enjoyable in any weather. We can't wait to return!
