Ca Rosetta sits in Venice’s Carnareggio district, one of the few areas where families reside. We took the waterbus B from the airport to Fondamente Nove, then walked about 5 minutes to the hotel—an efficient way to reach Venice. The building’s address is only on the doorbell pad, so you’ll need it beforehand. Stairs lead into the front door and another flight up to our upper‑floor room; if you’re not traveling light in Italy, you’ll need some strength. The accommodation feels quite basic, reflecting local Venetian living; our 12kg bags made the stairs manageable, but they would be a serious hurdle for anyone with heavy luggage or limited mobility.
