The structure is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and perfect for families wanting to spend time in complete nature silence! It’s equipped with a lovely playground for kids! The owner is very kind and helpful!

The hilltop setting gave guests complete peace and a real sense of safety; only our family and two others stayed here, and the large, spotless pool was cleaned daily by the owner. Outside, kids could enjoy swings, slides, and a big barn with ping‑pong and other games for adults. The kitchen could use better equipment—there was little dishware—and I’d suggest the owner install mosquito nets in the windows, as we battled mosquitoes inside and out, usually losing.

“A great find for modern premises respecting old architecture .”

The host was very welcoming and the location near Marradi was ideal; our spacious apartment had good cooking facilities, the pool was excellent, and there was a play area for kids, with atmospheric villages nearby. The train from Marradi to Florence was unreliable, though buses were available.

The place was very quiet and well maintained, a small complex with only three rooms that felt very pleasant, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses were somewhat lumpy and should be replaced, and it was quite far from tourist attractions, though that made it wonderfully quiet and authentic.

“Soggiorno perfetto .”

We spent two nights here, pure relaxation in a welcoming, spotless, immaculate setting surrounded by perfectly tended greenery. The pool was stunning. I strongly recommend it.
