Very good service.

The staff were very kind, but the sheets and pillows were dirty and old, and there were mucus stains on the bathroom door.

The location and ease of access to the plaza and multiple areas were great, but the balcony view and conditions were not ideal; the lamp area facing the terrace seemed a bit lifted, probably because of humidity.

The TV and food were good and the place was spacious, yet the bathroom was filthy with hair and stains that I had to clean myself, plus mucus stuck to the bathroom door.

This hotel feels super modern, clean, and in a great spot! The rooms are spotless and quiet, and everyone is helpful and friendly; check‑in and check‑out were effortless. I would definitely recommend it.
