I love everything—the serenity of the surroundings and the cleanliness of the room. Above all, the ground staff, her name is Mary, is really wonderful and nice; she made my stay very comfortable and tantalizing. She is very professional and has a good rapport with customers, so I’ll give her a 5‑star rating! She excels at her duties. I don’t think there’s anything I don’t like, but I do recommend that the building and its surroundings receive a facelift to look more aesthetically pleasing.

I had a terrible experience from start to finish. The staff were unprofessional and I sat outside for about 30 minutes before they let me into the building, even though I was already arriving at 11:00 pm. The air conditioner was on but not running at full capacity. I paid GHC 320.00 for a single night without breakfast, and when I asked for breakfast the next morning there was no response; they just stared at me. I regret going there and would not recommend it to anyone.
