“Amazing safari experience!”

If I could give this stay 11/10, I would; we spent a wonderful 5 nights here. Everything was top level—the game drives, the guide and tracker knowledge, the food and service, the facilities. The weather turned a bit unpleasant for a couple of days, but even then the staff made sure we still enjoyed the experience and stayed comfortable. Our guide Marte‑Lize and tracker Musa gave us all Big 5 sightings within the first four game drives, and we repeated each at least once more on the other drives. All joy, no complaints.

The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The rangers were excellent, well-prepared and always willing to answer questions or share curiosities, approaching each game drive with respect and ethics. The lodge’s location is superb, overlooking the river and a waterhole where elephants often drink; watching those animals up close was truly thrilling. The property itself impressed us greatly—beautiful, well-maintained and spotless. We also appreciated that the bed was reassembled even on the morning of departure. The food was good, and overall the stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommended!
