“A nice place to stay”

Friendly owners and a comfortable room made the stay enjoyable, and the terrace view was nice with a pleasant breakfast. However, the reviews mentioned a minimart and restaurant nearby, which turned out to be closed in August, forcing a 13km drive to find food or supplies. This is fine in high season, but not in August.

ที่พักโอเค เจ้าของน่ารัก ดูแลดี ช่วยแนะนำทั้งที่เที่ยวและร้านอาหาร วิวสวย ใกล้ที่เที่ยวและจุดชมวิว. บ้านหลังที่กรุไม้มีช่องว่าง เลยมีแมลงสาบออกมา 2 ตัว เจ้าของน่ารัก เอายาฉีดมาให้ แต่แฟนเรากลัวแมลงสาบมาก พวกแมลงเล็กๆ อื่นๆ ในห้อง หรือผีเสื้อกลางคืน ไม่มีปัญหาเลยค่ะ เขานอนได้ แต่แมลงสาบไม่ไหว เขาเลยนอนแบบหวาดระแวง พอดึกๆ เห็นโผล่มาอีกตัว แต่จะขอเปลี่ยนห้องก็ไม่ได้แล้ว เพราะดึกเกิน (23.30 น.) โทรหาเจ้าของไม่ติด คิดว่าคงนอนแล้ว แฟนก็เกรงใจ เลยไปนอนที่รถแทน ส่วนเรานอนอยู่ที่ห้องกับลูก 2 คน จริงๆ เจ้าของเสนอให้เปลี่ยนห้องตั้งแต่ 22.30 น. นะคะ แต่เราไม่เห็นข้อความในไลน์ตอนนั้น เช้ามาเลยไม่ได้คอมเพลนอะไร เพราะถือว่าเจ้าของพยายามช่วยเหลือเต็มที่แล้วค่ะ อันนี้เล่าเป็นประสบการณ์ โอกาสหน้าถ้าไปพัก คงเลือกเป็นห้องฉาบปูนแทนค่ะ

The tiny resort ran smoothly by a young couple, with great rooms, very comfy beds, and stunning views. Breakfast was served on the balcony, and the food was lovely. Nothing was wrong; it was a perfect place.

“Didn't make it but great communication with owner”

We never actually stayed there even though we booked and paid. The owner was extremely helpful, changing our date at the last minute, but we still didn’t get to stay on the new date. Communication was great. I hope to visit in the future. A quick note: it’s hard to get there without your own transport, and renting a vehicle in Khaem Son is also difficult. Try renting in Lomsok, Phetcabun, or even Phitsanulok. Hope this helps.
