“Booking was denied and sent to another hotel”

Nothing. Very disappointing experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the property refused to accommodate us, claiming they hadn’t received our booking, and sent us to another hotel across the street that was smelly and not what we had booked. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, with no effort to resolve the issue. Would not recommend or stay here again

“Rude Staffs and Ready to Pay Exctra Money. Its a Love Hotel Not good for Families.”

I loved the Location, unapologetically this is the only good point About this Property. They asked Extra for Check In. Room was in bad condition. The Bedsheets are Filled with Sperm Marks or I dunno what. Exhaust Fans were not working and the room was smelly

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's staff, who were incredibly cooperative throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, which added to my overall comfort. However, I did find the hotel's location to be a bit far from the market area, which made it slightly inconvenient for me to get around. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and staff made up for it.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was marred by some unexpected charges. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay an additional 60 rupees, which I found to be a bit excessive. Furthermore, I was also charged 70 rupees in taxes, which I felt was unfair. Overall, these extra charges left a sour taste in my mouth and detracted from my stay.

“Anyone can stay with this property, good 👍”

I was pleased to find that the hotel was conveniently located near the centre of Indore, making it easy for me to get around the city. The hotel also had a decent auto-rickshaw service, which was a big plus. However, I did notice that the room linen, towels, and basic amenities could use some improvement. Despite this, the hotel's location and auto-rickshaw service made it a good choice for me.
