Very clean room. The mushroom and chestnut suet pudding was an interesting menu option but the chestnuts were undetectable. Again the mandarin and ginger trifle was unusual but the ginger wasn.t evident. Our lamb kebab was very lukewarm

The staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was nice. The room looked tired theight was hanging off the ceiling, the shower was extremely powerful to the point it actually hurt. The nights sleep was awful the landing creaks so much can hear everything going on in each room. Didn't get a good sleep at all as could here other rooms floor creaking also
