“快適に過ごせたがスタッフ対応悪すぎていい気分で帰れなかった。”
There were places for kids to play and the overall facility was great. The staff were not very good. At check‑in and check‑out, we called the phone number listed in the inquiry but no one answered. We could choose to pay on site, but the staff were confused and didn’t know what to do… Calling took too long. We had plans afterward, so we talked to the cleaning staff and left, but they marked us as unpaid in an email and it felt awful. Even though the facility was good, the phone support should be improved.
It was clean and stylish, very well arranged, and the bed was fluffy and comfortable. I used the washer‑dryer, but the clothes came out damp.
The place was clean and the cleaning was thorough. The bedroom was spacious and good. Even though the heater was on, the room was freezing cold.

I was searching for a place close to Ghibli Park and found this gem. I traveled with my husband and sister‑in‑law, driving from Ebina, Kanagawa. The property doesn’t have its own parking, but a Lawson with paid parking is only a three‑minute walk away, which was very convenient. The rate is ¥1300 for 24 hours. Having a Lawson nearby was also great for grabbing snacks and essentials. The location worked perfectly for us, especially since we had a car. While the Nagoya Imperial Palace is a bit far, it was easily accessible by car. For a family stay, this place was ideal—it was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and everything was clearly explained. The check‑in and payment process was entirely contactless, which was a first for me, and I thought it was brilliant. We accidentally took a little extra time to check out because I misread the check‑out time, but the cleaning staff was very understanding and patiently waited for us to finish packing. As for the amenities, everything was well thought out. The kitchen was simple but perfect for a short stay, the bathroom was spotless, and the living/dining area with a TV was cozy and functional. The bedroom had four comfortable beds with complimentary pajamas, and to our surprise, there was even a projector! We loved watching a movie together. If you like the pictures of the property, just wait till you see it… Overall, everything was compact but very well organized and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about our stay, and I 100% recommend this place and definitely coming back in the future!
