Everything about this spot was spot‑on: the buildings are beautiful and cozy, the staff – especially Diego, Gabriela and the breakfast guy – were upbeat and attentive. Breakfast felt like a hearty mountain feast, and the massage was a fun break. I loved the bird‑trail with little native‑bird sculptures, the free activities, and just lying under the stars listening to wind, birds and the river. We were greeted with a warm, welcoming space and the staff were genuinely courteous. Breakfast earned a perfect 10/10, and the dome‑cabin had everything we needed – no extra kitchen gear required. There are plenty of activities, both free and paid, making it a hassle‑free spot for kids, and the scenery is stunning if you just want to unwind. The only downside was a pretty stiff mattress; a few more pillows would have helped. [/BODY]
