The spa was a delight! The only downside was having to walk past the restaurant to reach it.

The location is very handy, especially with the highway exit and Ionity chargers nearby, a real plus for electric‑car travelers. I also loved the room décor and the restaurant’s style, which give the place a lot of charm. A few things could be better: no kettle in the room for a simple tea, the shower head is broken (another guest had already mentioned it), several spas are out of order and some are dirty, especially the filters. More regular checks and maintenance would help. At reception, some word‑play on guests’ names can feel awkward, and the manager looks stressed and hurried, which can spread that vibe. Also, why not separate the wine and spirits list from the menu? The selection is great but the combined list feels overwhelming, like the Yellow Pages. My general advice: go back to simplicity and a cooler, relaxed atmosphere. The setting fits that. There are many good points, but a few tweaks would really improve the experience.

The room is comfortable, spacious, staff are pleasant, the breakfast buffet is very complete, and the terrace is welcoming. The table service feels a bit chaotic; our table‑mate waited 45 minutes for the menu, it seems there’s no head chef.
Good value for money. We stayed one night while traveling from Spain to the UK and picked this hotel mainly for its convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was excellent, and the facilities were very good. It was a perfect overnight stop, and we’d definitely stay again.
Close to the highway; next time I’ll try to stay longer to enjoy the facilities.
