I didn't actually stay at this hotel, so can't really say much.

I had a bit of a problem with my booking and when I asked the receptionist for help, they just kind of blew me off. It was pretty unprofessional.

When I inquired about my booking, the receptionist at that time told me, “you booked, so you asked them.” That kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I was pretty disappointed with my hotel room - it was way noisier than I thought it'd be, and it faced a super busy main road, which wasn't exactly what I signed up for. The room itself wasn't as advertised, which was a bummer.
