“Nicht noch einmal”
The rooms were acceptable, yet despite a strict no‑smoking rule, people still smoke in them and the smoke drifts through the air conditioning into other rooms, which is unacceptable; the upper floor looks like a lost place, totally run down, and the staff should learn to be friendly, even though they call themselves a 5‑star hotel—realistically, it feels more like a 3‑star place.
There’s no pool, the corridor is hot, and the carpet is dirty.
“i would go for sheraton if am visiting vinh city again”
The hotel is mainly for local Vietnamese business travelers; it isn’t really aimed at tourists, so there isn’t much else to say.
The breakfast buffet isn’t varied or tasty; the hotel is 5 stars but the pool isn’t operating, so overall it only deserves 3 stars and the price is too high.

The room is nice, but the staff don’t help carry luggage from outside in, and when you ask for a trolley they just hand it over without actually pushing it for you.
