I lay down and the room smelled like urine. I started pulling the sheets back and found a wet urine spot on the mattress, which was hidden by a clean mattress protector and sheet. 🤮

Breakfast was excellent and the choices exceeded my expectations. The printer was out, so getting a paper receipt was impossible. They don’t accept cash, which I found odd.

It was close to where I needed to be. The TV didn’t work, it was hot, and the pictures on the website are nothing like the actual location.

The staff were great! Excellent customer service for sure. My room had ants in the trash can, on the desk, and in my bed, so I was moved to another room and they accommodated me without question. Again, great customer service! The rooms weren’t very clean—there was hair in the bathroom sink and shower. It just wasn’t as clean as one would expect from a hotel room.
