“Wonderful host, wonderful location, delightful stay!”

Casa di Roma sits in a wonderful part of Rome, within walking distance of Termini station, a metro stop, and many of the city’s famous sights. What I liked most about the neighborhood was its homely feel, with great cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby; Piazza Vittorio Emanuele hosts outdoor movie nights and dance parties, and the overall vibe is local and friendly. Carlo is a fantastic host, always ready with recommendations, directions, and assistance. The beautiful old building is in a quiet area, and the room was very comfortable. Thank you, Carlo! I wish I could have stayed longer. The kitchen and bathroom could use a deeper cleaning, but the sheets and towels were clean.

Super central, very calm and with unbeatable service. I felt at home! Carlo, like a great friend, showed me upcoming events and how to get around Rome. I’m planning to come back! 100% recommend!

“Rapporto qualità prezzo e comfort molto buoni”

The structure is flawless: quiet rooms that guarantee perfect rest and deep cleaning in every area. The rooms have great lighting (large windows), TV, air‑conditioning, a desk/table, and two wardrobes. Hot water is instant, and the communal kitchen is usable with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, etc. The location is strategic for convenient travel, in a quiet zone. A big shout‑out to the owners: very kind, discreet, and always available for any need. Absolutely recommended. The only downside is the absence of an elevator, so you have to climb two flights of stairs—this is just a note for people with various physical or age-related issues, not a defining flaw. Finally, in my opinion, the bed could be a bit more comfortable (8/10), but it is still comfortable enough for good rest.
