They offered a gluten‑free option on every menu, which was truly delicious; the staff were unbelievably attentive and friendly, helping around the clock; the view was breathtaking, the location superb, and you could reach beautiful hiking spots in no time; they even organized a sunrise tour to Strudelkopf.

The hotel’s location is great, the food is superb, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff are extremely friendly; the cocktails taste great too, and we would have liked to stay longer. The only minor complaint was the separation of the pool area (floor –1) and the sun terrace (floor +4), but that’s not a big deal since the elevator can take you up to the roof after swimming.

We spent six nights at Kronplatz Kristall, and it was the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites; everything surpassed our expectations. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well‑maintained, with an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep after long hikes. The wellness area was outstanding—ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains. What really set the stay apart was the staff: every team member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any request, making us feel at home from day one. We also appreciated that the hotel organized different activities each day, making the stay even more enjoyable and letting us experience the Dolomites in fresh ways. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high‑quality options so everyone could find something they loved.
