The place was well situated, but the beds were hard, there was no air‑conditioning, and the TVs had no cable.

A great place to stay, very near Puebla’s center and the metrobus, with pleasant and attentive staff, and everything was clean and orderly. The only downside was that I was assigned a room facing the street, and in a busy block the street noise was quite loud.

I had a great stay; the bed was super comfortable, the staff were friendly, and they kept my luggage safe because my transport was late, letting me go on a tour and return that night to collect my bags.
