The hosts were very welcoming, the place was clean and cozy, and we liked everything. It’s a new house, not in the city center but not far either, so we had no problems driving in. There are 24‑hour shops within a minute’s walk, and everything was fantastic.

This guest house is great and conveniently located, just a 15‑minute walk to the metro station, with a bus stop nearby. The room is tidy and fully equipped. Host Alexandre is very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this guest house for a comfortable stay in Tbilisi.

Nice house, owner's hospitality is top-notch. Очень приятный дом, гостеприимство на высшем уровне. The rooms are a bit dark. The surrounding doesn't make great view. В комнатах довольно темно, окрестности выглядят не слишком привлекательно

Very beautiful house and courtyard. The bus stops right outside the house, and the metro is a 10‑minute walk away.

A very warm place! The hosts are kind and attentive, the house is impeccably clean—even the faucets shine. The atmosphere is cozy, the courtyard is spacious with pavilions, and the windows offer a pleasant view. The kitchen is fully equipped, convenient, and feels like home.
