Excellent
“Consigliata”
It was fairly quiet for a busy area, and the reception was in a condominium setting but you wouldn't notice it. I stayed for a very short time and didn't see any problems.
The room was modern and comfortable, the lady was extremely kind and helpful, I would return and recommend this place to everyone, and the location is great near the metro, making it easy to get anywhere in Naples.
Impeccable service.
“Host locked me out during official check-in hours, forced me to cancel, and Booking.com had to step in to issue a full r”
I was denied entry to the property. The official check‑in window is 17:00‑19:30; I estimated arriving at 17:00 but actually got there at 19:16, still within the window. The host outright refused me entry, sent me entry codes and then deleted them twice, and texted me to “book somewhere else.” She then pressured me to cancel so it would look like my fault. Customer support investigated, confirmed the host’s wrongful refusal during official hours, overrode her policy, and gave me a full 100 % refund. Do not book here if you need a guaranteed place to sleep.
