I loved everything! Absolutely everything. The hotel is beautiful, in an amazing location, all the staff are very kind and hospitable. The food was very good. I was so impressed that I said the hotel became my personal refuge, haha. There was nothing negative.

It’s a very well designed place. The surroundings and accommodations are excellent. Direct access to the beach. Good restaurant. There is nothing I wouldn’t like.

The hotel is wonderful, the location is great, service is a 10. The only downside was the lack of sunshine.

The only thing missing was a hydro pool, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

The place was nice, staff were friendly, and the balcony view from the room was amazing. The atmosphere felt very pleasant and the meals at the restaurant were excellent. On the weekend we visited it was cold and rainy, so there was nothing to do inside. With two kids, we had no activities at the lodge and had to look for entertainment outside. The billiards and ping‑pong areas were not operational, which was disappointing; they should have warned us. Also, there is no gym.
