I paid extra for a river‑front room and didn’t receive one. The room smelled terrible throughout our stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only 1 elevator working slow at time up to 5 to 7 minute wait for elevator

“Mentioned above & it is very unlikely that we will stay at this property again.”

The price was reasonable, but when we checked in at 4:30 PM on Saturday 08/15 we were confronted by an older female clerk at the front desk who was receiving a back rub from a younger male clerk, which felt very inappropriate. They told us our room wasn’t ready because housekeeping was still working, and when we mentioned we had a game to attend we were told no other rooms were available and that everything was full. After a 20‑minute wait the room finally opened; it was on the 3rd floor, smelled musty, warm, and the floor and carpet were visibly dirty. Turning on the AC blew warm air, so we called the front desk. A male clerk inspected the unit, “reset” it, and it briefly blew cold air before turning warm again and emitting a burning smell. We requested a room change, but were told no rooms were available because everyone had already checked in. I insisted the accommodations were unacceptable, and the male clerk said the manager would look at the AC. The manager inspected it, confirmed it was malfunctioning and smelled burnt air, and agreed the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly, noting white dirt on the carpet. I reiterated we needed another room immediately for the game, and she said they were fully booked but would check for availability. She returned and moved us to another room on the same floor, a few doors down.

“Convient stay”

It was on the river, which was nice. The place was dirty. The breakfast area looked like it hadn’t been touched since 6 am, the start of the continental breakfast. The elevator floors were sticky and smelled of alcohol. The bathrooms in the rooms were dirty. The rooms themselves were nice, but everything felt dirty.

“Very clean comfy place to rest, but could use improvement”

The location was great and the facility was clean overall, but the lobby was too small to turn around during check‑in. One night the elevator was out, and the parking lot had several cars taking two spaces each while the spaces themselves were very small.
