My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including a cramped and unpleasant room environment. The facilities were basic, with no tissues or rinsing cups provided. The Wi-Fi initially didn't work, and the staff seemed unaware of the problem. The room temperature was too low, and the heating didn't function properly. The elevator malfunctioned, trapping me and my friend inside. The staff had limited English proficiency, making it difficult to communicate our needs.

I've been visiting this hotel for years, and it never fails to impress. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for two nights and three days to conduct a training session, and the hotel provided everything we needed to make it a success. I'm extremely grateful for their hospitality.
