The staff service and cleanliness are excellent. The toilet flushing is poor and often fails; I booked an executive room but all rooms face the road, so the traffic noise at night is loud. Breakfast leans heavily on local flavors, which isn’t very friendly for foreigners.

The front desk, spa, and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, but the towels and stocked amenities felt outdated and didn't match the upscale bathroom design. Additionally, the Mangan restaurant had a hygiene issue: table mats weren't changed after previous guests, and new utensils were placed on top of used mats.
