The price was good and the room was nice with a big bed; the bathroom came fully equipped. But finding the hotel was a real challenge; clearer directions would help.

“Bad and small rooms”

The outdoor area was fine, but after a month in China this was the first hotel that let me down. The room was so small that you can’t walk in with a suitcase open, the bathroom was in terrible condition—dirty, moldy shower, paper shower sides glued with staples to a wooden base—and overall the structure was very poor, despite the friendly staff.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location, and the bed is comfortable. The room was very small; we barely could open our suitcase. It had a single bed, which was comfortable, but moving one person would disturb the other. Housekeeping didn’t make our bed. It wasn’t a cheap hotel, so the value for money felt expensive. The staff were polite but hard to understand because they didn’t speak English.

We had an excellent stay. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness throughout the property. The bath products were of very good quality and that detail was greatly appreciated. We also stayed at another hotel in the same chain in Chengdu, and both experiences were fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay in this chain again.
