The location is excellent, the room décor is spectacular, the facilities are very nice, there was a good elevator, and the view of the square was great, but aside from the church bells there was no noise. It was a bit hard to find the hotel door; if you don’t ask, it’s not visible.

I liked how centrally it was positioned, the room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bar and restaurants were right in front of the entrance. It was hard to locate, there was no reception or lobby, no staff to help with transport, and the area was very touristy and noisy.

Choosing the Aurum Como Luxury Suite was a great decision for our time in Como; the location was perfect, with Piazza Duomo just outside the door and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, and the stunning cathedral. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was cozy, well‑designed, and thoughtfully laid out, with intentional and artistic decor and an excellent big shower. For a few days in Como, this is a fantastic option if you want to be in the heart of everything, and I would definitely recommend it.
