The location was very good and convenient, especially for a business trip. However, the front office staff should be more polite, welcoming, and courteous toward guests. A warm and friendly approach would greatly improve the overall experience. Also, a complimentary drinking water bottle should be provided as a basic amenity, but none was given during my stay. While soap was provided, drinking water is also an essential basic requirement that should be taken care of. Overall, the location was good, but improvements in staff hospitality and basic guest amenities would make the stay much more comfortable.
