“Klasika”

Great spot, easy parking, breakfast was standard with no real flair, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was too small, so we ended up eating on the hallway because other guests, even after they had eaten, occupied the tables while chatting and the staff couldn’t do anything about it. We had to sit on our laps, cup on the floor, and a paper plate on the hallway where every passerby stared at us. We dined at a local restaurant in the evening, but the meal was underwhelming; a chicken salad drenched in canned mango juice was not worth the hotel’s price.

“Szuper belvárosi szálloda”

The hotel is in a very good location. The room is super comfortable, spacious, and well furnished with a comfortable armchair. Parking for the car is also available. It’s on the city street, so everything is within a few minutes’ walk. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of variety. The staff were very kind, especially the lady serving breakfast.

The accommodation is excellent. The wheelchair‑accessible lodging should have a lift that can accommodate a wheelchair with a companion! The bathroom with a shower is definitely not barrier‑free!

“Great small hotel in the heart of Kosice”

The hotel location is excellent. Situated just at the top of the High Street, the hotel offers exceptional links to the surrounding areas and is a short walk from the cathedral and singing fountains. Hotel staff are really welcoming and helpful and speak good English. The breakfast offers a good choice of foods for what is a small hotel and the hotel restaurant was busy throughout the stay with locals and guests. Large spacious rooms provide comfort throughout the stay and the bathroom has a large bath/shower. The hotel’s spa is bookable at reception for private use, providing a personal and relaxing hour during your stay, and the staff ensure this area is kept immaculate. Having read previous comments, this hotel surprised me. We went intending to use the hotel as just a base to sleep and wash but ended up spending a lot of time enjoying the spa and bar area. The room décor is slightly worn with some slight wallpaper peeling in places, however the rooms are kept very clean. The room temperature is controlled from reception and not within your room.
