“Ik ben bedrogen door het hotel en door Booking”

I was initially drawn to the hotel's beautiful exterior, but things took a turn for the worse when I discovered the pictures on the booking website were of a different, much nicer hotel. The manager claimed over the phone that the nicer rooms were available, but the staff had already informed me that this wasn't the case. After seeing three rooms, two without windows and one with a smoke-filled room, I felt compelled to leave immediately.

“A fuir”

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a dirty room that was a health concern - the sheets and blankets were stained with numerous marks, the bathroom was extremely dirty (with hair in the sink), and the smell was overwhelming. There was also mold on the walls, ants everywhere in the room, and ants in the corridors. The mattress was uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, there were no curtains and poor soundproofing.

While the hotel's location was a major plus, my stay was somewhat marred by the hardness and noise of the bed.

“Baik”

The rooftop area was a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the bed was quite hard and creaky on one side.
