“唯一無二”
The food was fantastic and the owner was very personable. He took me on a tour of the area and even prepared breakfast early in the morning to match our schedule, showing great kindness that left a lasting impression.

I enjoyed authentic French cuisine and could feel the chef’s dedication to his craft; the food was very tasty and the view was lovely. The chef’s stories felt a bit long, and because we were traveling with family we couldn’t talk much with them.
“もう一度行きたい”
The French food was good, and the owner’s hospitality and conversation were enjoyable.
The meals were delicious, but the ventilation in the villa could be improved.
My stay at Chez CODERA was amazing! I arrived earlier than expected and the host was very accommodating – he even took the time to give me a little tour of town. When my friends decided to join me last minute, the host was accommodating again and gave them a very fair price. All of the facilities were clean and comfortable. The host is also an incredible chef – it felt like I was dining at a Michelin‑star restaurant (I had a multiple‑course meal for dinner one night that was truly exquisite – thank you, chef!). Katsuura in general is a special little town, I will certainly be back.
